Default 2000 yamaha 200 hpdi problem

I have been having trouble lately with my 200 yamaha hpdi. It recently started bogging down when I kick it down for take off. It only does it sometimes, but it will sputter alittle bit and the rpms wont go up for 10 seconds or so. It starts fine, idles fine, and once it kicks out of it, it runs fine. So just wondering if anyone has any ideas.

Smoke

The O2 sensor should be cleaned but I would probably do a decarb also. You have three low pressure fuel pumps and it one is leaking that can cause issues also with loading up at idle. If it runs good at top end I would say your vapor separator filters are not plugged. Does the motor smoke when you first start it up and what do your plugs look like.

It smoked a very little bit when I first start it, then seems to go away after it warms up. I checked the plugs today, and they look perfect. I am also trying a decarb tomarrow, that is what the local shop recommended. I also changed the fuel filter just in case that would cause it. That seemed pretty bad.

Post If fuel related

If fuel related start at the tank first, pull out & check the pickup tube then on to the fuel line (methanol will destroy them). What does the sediment bowl look like (caramel colored by chance on bottom?) If it is that junk from inside the line. The filter is only a 30 micron...it's advisable to go to a 10 micron & a water separator. Sierra sells one. If all else fails go here.. http://search.ebscohost.com/ Marshall is user name & public is password. Find the complete Clymer manual on your unit under small engines.

tried decarb and changed the fuel filter, only acted up one time, and it didnt last quit as long as it usually does. Hopefully this will do the trick, but I dont know for sure if it will solve it or not. Any other suggestions.
