How to protect boat and trailer from rocks

I searched but could not find information about this....last week I fished Ft Peck which at **** Creek means about 50 miles of gravel road ( round trip ). When I got home, I was looking at quite a bit of rock damage to paint on trailer and boat...even with rock tamer mud flaps ( not wide enough ). I have found other products, but if someone has experience with this issue, I would appreciate some suggestions. Fishing incidently was fair-good for walleyes which were a little on the small side, and lots of northerns.

Right in your own backyard - Montana RockNocker Rock Guards.

They don't do much for the trailer, as most people around Peck have galvanized trailers, but they do protect the boat, and will hold up to the mud that can accumulate if the Fort Peck Roads are wet during your drive.
