It is not copy write infringement if you re-write it and reword it.

Soooooooooooo.............would you use the dive curves that Mark spent countless hours figuring out, or would you change the numbers around and make the curves inaccurate?????? lol.

All I'm saying is if a fricking book is selling for $150 - $500 someone will copy it.

Default shad rap

As far as I can tell a SR-5 will not go 20 ft. 9 ft down at 120 feet. Good luck with finding a book.

Years ago I made my own charts, if you know a slow tapering gravel / rock point throw out a marker at the depth of your choice and troll across it with your favorite crank baits, let out line until you bump bottom. I don't need to know every crank bait ever made, just the ones I use. It took a few hours but didn't cost me anything.

After reading post after post of people looking for this book, is the author/owner what ever some kind of a (fill in the blank) to stop selling this book? It seems many would be willing to pay the $50 or more for the book. How many would be willing to go out and buy a iphone or ipad then have to buy the app? Sounds like this guy might need to take a marketing class or 2. Most people have PC's not Apple. Maybe I'm way off base but when something is in demand and not available, someone else is going to write one. While I'm sure it takes time to do all the dive charts it is not rocket science.

He got sick of one guy buying the book and then copying it for 3-4 of his buddies. I don't blame him for developing the app...if it ever comes out. But then again, I was lucky enough to find a book. Much rather get that wet out on the boat than my phone.
