Default 1999 Mercury 200 EFI - which prop

Need some help guys, I work for a Credit Union that had to repossess a boat. While in our impound yard, someone broke in and stole the prop, depthfinders and rod holders from the boat. We had accepted a bid on the boat and now the guy is trying to change his bid dramatically from what he had offered, because the stuff was stolen. The motor is a 1999 Mercury 200 EFI. What would be an acceptable prop to put on it so I can see what is available in the classified section for a reasonable price? It goes on a 20' Tracker Targa.

I would say either a Tempest plus 19 or th Hi five is what most of them ran.
