Default Backtroller Boats

Has anyone checked these out, www.backtrollerboats.com John had me over to his house the other day to look at it in person, and I have to say I'm pretty dang impressed. It looks like it's getting pretty good feedback, and I like the hull design. Also the casting deck is genius, as well as the interior layout. I'd like to hear some thoughts.

Looks like a warrior/yar-craft. If its a good quality boat then they will sell some but its hard to compete with names.

I took it for demo on Mille Lacs and was impressed. There have been a couple threads on this site about the boat. Most reviews seem pretty solid.

The only warranty you need to worry about is the hull. You just need to determine if the company can stay viable and be able to service the hull during the warranty period. Motors, pumps, fittings , all the other stuff has a manufactures warranty to cover you.

Be comfortable with the dealer (if there is one) be sure to get the warranty info in writing. Then if you like the boat make a small deposit and sign the contract. Upon delivery TAKE IT OUT for a test ride and then pay the balance due. I have always found it's far easier to get things done when I still have the money.

Remember, even Ford was a small company when they started.
