You seem to have a choice of getting sprayed and smelling of river water, or sweating under rain gear and smelling of sweat. If that's a hard choice, you fish a nasty river.

I don't fish when its that hot and if I did why would you need a rain suit it's called a shower ,It would be a relief from the hot my 2cents

Default Try to get wet!!

I try to get wet when it's that hot!! Cannonball!! I do also were lightweight fast drying fishing shirts and shorts. No rain gear when it's hot for me.
