Speed makes a big difference!
I figure 6' per color running 1.8 mph. Yesterday I was running 18lb Suffix, a #4 Salmo @ 1.8 mph with 6' floro leader & just above touching bottom with 90' (3 colors) out. @ 2.2 mph it took nearly 4 colors. There's a NEW suffix out that's going to break that rule, you'll know it by the price
