If it were me....nothing less than an 80#. If I had to do it over I would have gotten a 101. Go for the Terrova for sure..don't bother with the PD.It will be worth every single penny.

I recently replaced my old 55# powerdrive with a 55# terrova autopilot on my 17' and didn't think twice about increasing power. I don't like loading another 65# battery on a small boat necessary for a 24v system.

Buy as big as you can afford and then charge the rest or you will regret it sometime down the road ..
Nothing smaller than a 80 lb .

Go big or go home!! Get the Terrova 80 with a couple group 31 AGM batteries, you won't be disappointed! The 55 would work power wise, but I would still run 2 batteries in Parralel to get more run time.
