F Looking to upgrage my boat for a big water tournament.boat looking for a boat around the $35,000 range naked just motor boat and trailer to start I have room to add on. Besides the 1860 ranger is there anything else I can look into? Like the open back for trolling not the side boxes like the 620. Live on little bay de noc if that helps

Skeeter WX2000T, Skeeter WX1850, Lund Pro Guide 2010 are the three that jump out at me. However there are many nice rigs in that price point for you to look at.

I liked the look of the Warrior 1890T but when I saw the price tag it was a WOW response.

there's a fresh Skeeter WX1900 in the classifieds that's near your price target. https://www.walleyecentral.com/class...adviewer/17820

Big water tournament boat, I wouldn't consider anything under a 20' length. Even then you'll find yourself in that position of having invested money and wondering it's sensible to run to your spot even though others are getting to their spots.

thanks alot, that skeeter 1900 seems like a good deal, most 20 ft glass boats are up in the 60's which is a bit much. ill do some research and see what i can come up with. i wouldnt think an 18'6 to 19' glass boat would have much of a problem on the big water. have to look at close service places, waranty, engine options, and that kind of stuff

was out in a 620 ranger this week and a lund 208 and liked the lay out of the lund way better for me. back was really open and the bow was lower felt way more comfortable fishing in the lund

Default big water boats

check around for tournament boats that were used 1 or 2 times.low hours full warranty.etc,by pro fisherman start by calling some of these large or small dealerships or go right to the pro fisherman.these are great starting points you will be suprised what you will find out there.remember whatever you buy could be a money pit,get applicable warrantys.normally they will come with many extras on board.seek and you will find. just my view,D.D.
