Catfish for my recovering Dad!

I took my Dad & son out fishing today, it was a very special time for us. It was only for an hour but, it was the first time my Dad had been fishing since his stroke in March. My companions each caught a fish, they had a few misses as well. It was great to see my Dad doing something he loves! The fish were small but, Dad told me it was the best fish he had ever caught! I can't wait to take him out again. I think it was the best therapy he has had since his illness!

Its stories like this that remind me to do my best to stay healthy. I know it's not always in our control. Great to hear a story like yours. It really helps us remember those we love.
