minnkota terrova problem

My minnkota terrova won't turn left or right was working fine and it just quit. The autopilot and speed work fine but will not turn. Tried a friends pedal and still the same, so I know its not the pedal. Is there a fuse in the head that could have blown or is it something deeper than that. Any suggestions would be great before I ship it to get fixed.

Before you ship it directly, check for a local MinnKota Authorized repair shop. They are listed on their web site if you enter your ZIP code, it will search for the nearest...Maybe you are aways away, but I have used the local SCHEELS for this 3 times in the past...No Cost, if it is still covered via warranty.
