Looking at purchasing a 189 walk thru in the spring. Would be using primarily for walleye with some salmon/laker fishing thrown in. Wondering how it handles bigger waters and just overall opinions.

I am interested to see the responses. Sent in for a brochure on the frontier 3 days ago. I was actually getting on to ask the same question.

You aren't getting responses, and I'm still reluctant to post this.
I worked in the area, in the boating industry for 10 years. I personally would not buy a boat from them, based solely on the way they treat employees, (which entails lots of things including pay), and the attitudes of those employees. It's my opinion that how you treat your employees and the attitude they have towards the product they are producing directly relates to the quality of product they produce. I did not work for them so I'm in no way a disgruntled employee. |

I had a smaller Polarkraft, 2006 model year and had no complaints with the quality, it was as solid boat and I used it in some rough conditions
