Default 2014

I'm looking forward to 2014. Yes it is over a year away and life has ways of changing, just the same I'm not sure if my group will be making the trip North. So I am wondering if this forum is the place to try to put a trip together? I'm willing to discuss options for 2014. Any interested parties post on this thread or send me a PM. Thanks for looking!

Default Thanks

The only question I would have at first is how far it is from Illinois? Ontario is roughly a 12 hour drive from my home base. Thanks for your reply!

From the Peoria area I can make it to FF in 12 hours, that's driving at a low altitude!! Where does your group fish?

Pete not only two different lakes, two different provinces!! And time zones! At least we talking about putting something together! The distances might be an issue but we share a similar passion! That's all that matters!

we do have some guys coming in 2013 from Minn. to quebec for there first time. I find that the outfitters in Quebec offer more for the money. the fishing rules are better.and most let you take fish home. Our fly in trip is $1200 each, thats flying in and out, 7 days stay in very nice cabins, hot and cold running water ,hot showers, propain lighting and appliances 16' lunds with 20 hp mercs. all the gas you can burn, One of if not the top walleye producing lakes in Quebec. You bring and cook your own food 110 Lbs is each persons weight allowance for the plane. Our best outing on the lake was 4 guys 850 walleyes and 150 pike in one week biggest eye 28" pike 43" 25lbs. Its a very hard lake not to go back to.2013 will be my 8th yr going back. look up Air Tamarac let me know what you think
