Default Run n gun rod holder

I have done searches on here looking for something run and gun rod holder. I have a 620 VS ad am looking to mount something up front in the bow or better yet on a seat pedestal. I don't want to perminatlely mount to the sides but am open for pics. Normally I have my dad and daughter in the boat so when we run and gun I just lay rods on the bow. However on our Canada trips for a couple weeks I have both daughters and myself up front fishing and my dad, brother and a buddy in the back. Here lies the problem. Now my girls are taught proper rod care of theirs and others in the boat. Dad does his own thing but the friend don't know much as I try and teach how to place a rod in a boat with so many feet. I almost don't get out my high dollar st croix to fish with just because of traffic getting in and out of the boat at the dock or shore lunch or whatever. When I beach or dock I am the one getting everything out of the boat so I got no time to move rods to the drivers area.
I need a pole holder that I can run 55 across the water without them flying out

I looked at that in an earlier thread. Problem is when me and my 12 yr old daughter get in a fishing tournament I have a rear casting deck.
Question: how is that assembly attached? I wonder if I can remove it and install deck. Also can it be walked on?

You would need to contact modog for the attachment ideas, but yes it can be removed easily, and walked on.

Mine is held in place with two stainless steel screws that were provided. All of the weight is on the side compartments. The screws just keep it from moving. There is no problem walking on it.
