Default QuickSilver Premium plus 2 stroke oil

I currently have a 50 hp Merc 2S on my pontoon and have always used the Premium plus oil (one season as it's new). I just bought an older jetski that requires TW3C oil as well (Yamaha Wave Venture). I can't find yamalube 2S anywhere so i was thinking about just using quicksilver oil and standardize on ONE 2S oil that i can usually buy just about anywhere.

does anyone have any opinions on the Premium plus oil? Is this good oil? I mean, Walmart sells it in a pinch.

TC3W oil is TC3W. It will work, but some brands are better than others.

I think the mercury oil is pretty smokey, but it does the job.

I run Yamalube in my Yamaha 150 2 stroke, its a good quality oil. Some people like to run a full synthetic oil too, to help keep the carbon down a bit.

There are 1000 posts on oil around the internet, and more opinions. I dont think it makes a huge difference as long as you are buying a quality name brand oil.
