Life long twins fan but think those RED soxs are the hottest in baseball right now. 10 wins in a row.

Mauer has picked up the rest of the team. Heck, when the guy beside you is on a hot streak and he to you is no better than you, gets the rest of the guys going on offense. Just flat out fun to watch. But it isn't good enough to keep me from fishing.

Geez the Yankee fans are always whining about A-Rod, how about a trade!

I'll give ya........Lew Ford, Shannon Stewart, Terry Tiffee and maybe a couple of pitchers to boot. How about Lohse and, oh say Brad Radke. That will fix your outfield problems and give you a little pitching depth as you chase the hated Red Sox! :cheers:

Need prospects too? How about this third baseman that will be ready in a couple of years, Matt Moses? Still not enough? OK, I'll toss in this left hander we have, Glen Perkins. Now that makes this a 7 for 1 deal (hey Viking fans, remember the Herschel 7 for 1 deal?) you give me A-Rod and say 5 million a year for the balance of his contract and we can swing a deal! :)
