The Little Bend area is always a good place to start. There are many bays to the north on the west side, and the Cheyenne river usually produces fish. I would just watch for fish on the electronics on the primary and secondary points, if you mark fish, drop down some live bait and find out what kind of fish they are. Don't be afraid to fish shallow, 6ft of water can hold some nice Oahe eye's. Good Luck....
