Default Perching Erie

Would like to take my boy out of the Cleveland area for some jumbos. Where is the best place to put in and fish this time of year. We did well off of Wildwood-72nd in late fall. Thanks in advance.

Hey Hawk
What you did in the fall for perch is what you need to do now. I was talking to the Captain of the Wildwood boats and he said they go back there also to start the new year. I haven't been there to try but what have you got to loose. When you get on the lake call for the Linda may boat and ask how she's doing.

Hawk, My cousin and I caught some of the biggest perch I have ever seen by accident fishing for walleyes northeast of the marblehead lighthouse.

I went out of East 72nd last Fri. It was very rough and lots of ice. Did'nt stay long and caught no fish. However I did mark fish. May try again this weekend if weather permits.
