Upload pics?

Either I am a dummy or the feature that allows you to upload pics from your HD is not turned on. When will this be available?

I think this is an option that the administrator needs to activate for the actual picture to show up here in the message.

You cannot upload "pictures" to the server. That would be a huge security leak and open myself and all users to possible viruses.

The only one that upload to the server is me, for obvious reasons.

You can however use an image that is on your computer as a "avatar" and attach it to a message.

It's like a little picture you can view on the post.
