Hey fellas! Happy Holidays and such. Waiting for the expo so we can all get together and talk shop again. Brian, you, myself and GMan will be taking another venture north this summer. Reserve yourself a good week in July or early August. July would be best.

As for the lure I brought up here, I have been modifying the shallow invader by extending the 2nd hook back about an inch or so. I just use bucktail wire and a couple split rings, and no more tangled hooks! This should help the hooking percentage I would bet. Changing out the hooks to a larger size probably doesn't hurt much either. I just probably need to fish it more and under the correct circumstances. It's like any other lure I suppose, you just gotta throw the d@#$ned thing enough.

Best Holiday wishes everyone!

Hey, B
What do you mean "even GMan raised one"???? I may have had a bad year, but give me a break. And I don't need C-n-B telling me again about the ones he caught in the BACK of my boat either. You guys are like women, you never forget anything bad we say or do. I'm blotting season 2002 out of my mind completely...except for the lecture you gave Pat. Seriously, Happy holidays to all three of you!
