Wind and rain greeted the teams fishing the MWS Depere tournament run in conjuntion with Celebrate Depere. Many anglers stayed in the river or returned to the river or just outside of the mouth of the river due to the wind. The winners were Bill Lodi and John Scholz with four fish weighing 24.32# winning them $3,000. Second place went to the team of Rob krause and Dave Dretske with four fish weighing 21.18# winning them $1300. Big fish was 9.64# caught by the team of Kevin LeBoeuf and Shawn Porath winning them gift certificates from Anglers Pride Specialties and plaques from All Sport and Trophy. Current points leaders for overall team of the year are Mike Bonow and Ken Seeley. Current husband and wife team of the leaders are the team of Donald Trester and Christine Trester.
