I guess I will have to make a video of the whip finisher I use because, I can't seem to find any videos on this particular whip finisher.

First of all, the whip finisher I use is the cheapest one of the bunch. It can be used left handed or right handed but best of all, you can make your whip finish anywhere on the hook. You can even have a length of steel leader material sticking out the front of the fly and still whip finish the fly before attaching the leader to the shank of another hook and end up making a tandem fly.

It's exactly like the whip finish that you can make by hand. On top of that, you don't have to even come close to the fly with the whip finisher which is great when you have to whip finish a jig with a big head.

Hey all you jig makers. Do any of you have the DO-IT jig mold called the Rolly Polly. It is a older jig mold but been looking for one.

You will like them. I've been using Sickle jigs for a few years now and hook ups have gone up. I also like the fact that these hooks are thin and flexible enough to be able to unsnag them (most of the time) from rocks or wood with 10 lb test Fireline. I often increase the gap of the hook a bit.

Default Jig tying vise

Im wanting to upgrade my cheap vise to something that can be rotated while still keeping hold of the jig. I looked at janns net craft and they are sold out of about everything. So I would appreciate some suggestions on brands or stores where can pick up a vice along with other jig making/tying stuff.
I'm think about a terra rotating spring action....wanting to stay under 50 bucks.
