Default Knot for Fluoro Leader

When I need to change up from going after the walleye, I go after musky and big pike... This year I'm making my own leaders from 50 lb fluoro. What knot do you suggest I use?

Download a program on your phone or PC called knot wars , it shows how to tie every good knot there is. Plus it gives the strength of the knot compared to others .

I have found that the canoeman's loop knot is the best. Easy to tie too.

A knot that you pull tight very slowly with a lot of spit lubrication.
I use 25lb floro for pike leaders, and the sound of bad words have been heard all across a lake from the vicinity of my boat.

I use a uni to uni for salmon. Can't think it is much different in your application.

I use the Trilene knot for everything except attaching the line to the spool:

For attaching mono and flouro line to the spool I use the Arbor knot (2nd one down):

The loop or the terminal knot? I use a Perfection Loop for the loop and a San Diego Jam Knot for the terminal end. Palomar is strong as well, but I prefer the SD Jam knot for ease of tying.
ATtaching one line to another(similar diameter) I used a double uni knot, if the lines are of dissimilar diameter, I would use an albright knot.
