23 roosterfish all on poppers

a little far from Walleye land but had such a great trip thought I'd pass along.
Got back from Zancudo Lodge in Costa Rica where I went to target tuna dn mostly roosterfish on poppers. I heard there is a new commercial shrimp net ban from two years ago and I heard the inshore fishing had picked up.
I spent a few days down there, gorgeous place!! my best day we went out and ran along the jungle surf throwing poppers for roosterfish and I had an AWESOME day having caught 23 of them on poppers and two on live bait. Used a Yo-Zuri Hydro-Popper. Also missed one snapper we thought it was. Hook pulled.
