Ez loader questions

Got a 15 alumacraft tpro 185. It has a single axle ez loader.

It's a square axle. The axle is bent down in the center.(I just checked that it looks like it's installed right side up.). It's probably bent

It's also missing the short 9" leaf spring on the port side. All axle u bolts were pretty loose.

Even tho the axle bend is causing the tires to flare out at the bottom it's wearing out the tread on the outside. Probably me not having optimum air pressure all the time I assume.

im guess the missing leaf spring helped cause the damage?

Any thoughts to any of this other than the ez loader sucks bit?
