Default Rock River

Am planning on drifting the lower rock, through Fort Atkinson. Any reports on the bite in this area?

Default RE: Rock River

I fished that strech 2 weeks ago, we caught about 25 small walleyes and one 17" that I let go (no sense keeping 1 fish). We also caught alot of sheeps head and even a few white bass. Its been a strange year with the weather changing so much, water surface temp 2 weeks ago was 43. I think there is still some good fishing to be had in that strech of river, just keep moving and avoid the crowded spots. It seems to me when you see a group of boats together, they are just getting small males. I have a friend who is fishing there today (3/22), I'll try to post an update before Friday. If you go, post a report. Good Luck
