Well last year everyone parked their boats in front of their rooms and ran extension cords......The Sawmill is a nice facility with good food but i was a little ticked at the $10.per night miscellaneous fee.....it adds up over a week

The last time I stayed in the St. Catherine's Ontario area, they had a tourist fee of some sort attached to my bill. I asked them to waive that fee and they gladly did. Ask Sawmill to do the same, at check in , and see if they will. Doesn't hurt to ask , especially if you are booked for a number of days.

PJ....I did argue the point at checkout, no luck. My point was "don't advertise rooms for a price if it really isn't the price", I mean towel charge for the pool ???

Thanks for the info. We did end up finding different lodging but this is good to know for future trips as well.
