Default A Day of Mixed Emotions

A few weeks back I sold my small hunting parcel. I decided that the property upkeep and taxes on it, and my dwindling desire to hunt, made the difficult choice for me. Many memories I do take away and I'm glad I spent the time there that I did. I never took the buck of my dreams off this property but almost always had venison. Also took coyotes and turkey and trapped more raccoon than I thought possible. The guy that bought it wanted a place for he and his grandson to deer hunt. He made a good choice. This pic is my fondest memory...... My grandsons first buck and I was with him when he made the shot......
