Hmm I will have to try this soon. The next time I go, which will be soon, I plan on setting up a slip bobber on 1 rod and practice jigging with the other.
One more question for now. I just put fireline on the pole I'm going to jig with. Should I tie a jig directly to the line or add a fluorocarbon leader?
If I add a leader should I use a ball bearing swivel, tie one end with main line, and the the other end to the leader? OR use an interlock barrel/ball bearing swivel, and make leaders that have a loop at the end like the pre-made snells?
