Enjoy the boat, I sure have enjoyed my 2008 1825 Pro Guide Tiller. As for the Crappie package, you get the 2 extra seat bases up front, Bait well and different graphics then the standard boat. I also have the Vinyl flooring and like it a lot. But wish all of mine had been that. It has carpet on the back top where the livewell is and any flat spots in the boat. My front lids will raise up when running but does not bother me one bit. I have the snap in carpet for the cockpit and use it some. But betting it has not been in in the boat 15 times its whole life. I had a 90 Etec mounted on mine. And sure wish it has the 115. And may well have one when I repower the boat. I know its only rated for the 90. But know lots of people that are running bigger motors, seen them checked and never a ticket yet. Talked with my Insurance guy and he did not care as long as it was not rated for more then 150.
Pete P.S. forgot I still get that new boat smile each time I see mine when its behind the truck somewhere. Love it and it does everything I could ask for a boat.

2014 Lund pro guide 1825 ?'s
I have a 2014 90 four stroke efi mercury on my 2014 Lund pro guide 1825 I am getting 40mph at 5650-5700 Rpms and the max is 6000 I have a 4 blade 19p AL prop from the dealer
I had a full gas tank that is 32 gal and I had one other person in the boat with me when testing and then we removed one person(150lbs) to take place for some fuel loss I gained about 50-100rpm and I got 40.7-41 mph ( on GPS ) and it was glass out on the water and no wind and I had a half full rear livewell the motor bolt is in the middle so I can go up two or down two bolt holes Wondering if I need to pitch down one size prop to gain more Rpms and more top speed over the prop I have now, also wondering if stainless would benefit and also which prop style three or four blade would work best for the next prop I should get and possibly pitch down just looking for other opinions Load Three batteries, vantage 80, rods, tackle and 15 lbs anchor full tank, 175 lbs person 150lbs person Thanks anything would help |
