graph not working with bowmount

I just had a 101 I Pilot installed and the graph an older lms 332 which worked fine with the older motor, now reads nothing. It turns on but just flashes 0.0 with no bottom reading. Is there some type of set up I need to do with the terrova or is there a wrng connection? My dealer is 1.5 hrs away and I will call today, but just wondering if you guys have the trick to fix it? Thanks.

Make sure you have the correct adapter cable for your unit and select the correct transducer from your 332 sonar menu.
