I think you guys are a bunch of idiots for the most part. If you think America is great and our justice system is proper then you should be ashamed if this were to happen here. I am sure have you guys have 3 or 4 beers even though it is over the legal limit and then drive because you feel fine....but will applaud jail for poaching trout.....Hello...anyone home in there???????????????????

Well DWI gets you a heck of alot more than 12 days in jail here and poaching is becoming more prevalent with cuts to out MNR. I don't think comparing apples to oranges makes your point valid. OJ and Robert Blake walked and this guy did 12 days...
