Erie open at Bolles?

Can we get on the lake at Bolles? Thinking of a late season trip into Breast Bay and figure Sterling is still closed. Thanks for any help.....Bob

We were just at Bolles Harbor tonite and the ramp was frozen to the entrance of the canal. If you really want to get out on the lake you could launch from the beach and push your boat across the ice a short distance.

on the 31st We attempted to get to Breast Bay launching out of Erie Metropark. We got about 1 Mile or so, east of Fermi and ran into Ice.
Where the channels split... one heading south the other SouthWest.

Ice was South and Southwest as far as you could see.
