We do try to make efforts to contact the poster in some cases, it usually depends on who it is and the content of the post that was deleted.

We do our best with the time we have.....that is all we can do.

Complaining isn't going to change anything, it won't bring a thread back after it's gone, it won't change our minds, all it does is create problems.
