I have a pair of oakley half jackets with tan polarized lenses. I like them. 5 years old. 3 years ago i purchased a pair of costa 580 polarized glasses lenses that are green. Wow!!! What a difference. Had a $100 gift card so this past summer i picked up a another pair of costa with green lenses. I wear contact lenses so i wear sunglasses all the time. Hands down the glass lenses have a much clear view. Just make sure you try on the pair that you are buying. Fit is just at important. Good luck

i love my costas (580P...poly lenses), i have had a couple other pairs of sunglasses in the past (wiley-x, as well as some cheaper ones) and the costas are hands down the best.
i was going to order some oakleys online, man am i glad i didnt, i went to try some on at a store, and they were not comfortable at all (to me)... gotta try them on in person. |

Well, I headed down to my "local" Cabela's (40+ miles) and looked in their SMALL case of glasses and low and behold they had a pair of Costa 580 green glass sunglasses. More importantly, they fit great, felt great AND they had a new pair in the box back in the warehouse.
Now the great news, I had $100 in gift cards, a $20 off if you spend $100 card, a few bucks in points built up, AND the employee discount for friends and family = $60 alone for that. Grand total out of my pocket - $56 Thanks for all the help, I think I'll really like them!! Bogey |

you wont be disappointed with Costas, i love my pair. i do a lot of sight fishing in clear water, so i have the amber/brown lens. blue is best for glare in open water where seeing down into the water isnt as important.

Go to your eye doctor, and get the pair of sun glasses that you need; based on his recommendations.

About 5 years ago, I got a free pair of WileyX glasses when I bought an Abu Garcia reel. They are nice and still in great shape. I dont know if I'd spend $100+ of my own money on another pair though. I also wear the $10 Berkley glasses from Walmart and for the price they are very good.

Just bought a new pair of Costa Blackfin's this year. Hands down the best glasses I've owned. Only complaint is they wrap around my face too well causing the lens to fog up occasionally.
