Default deep fish

I was up there for a week in the beginning of July and it was the worst week I've ever fished on Oahe. I marked a lot of bait ball and fish 60+ I think they're deep at least I hope.

I once again this year filled out my survey from the SD game and parks. Once again I suggested in the comments some type of a size limit. I would like to see a 4 fish limit just like they have with 2 fish min of 15 and 2 fish min of 18 or all over 18 with 1 fish over 22. I think this may increase the number of fish that are able to spawn and overall help the numbers. Without the size of fish needed to have a good spawn the numbers will not recover.

Filled mine out as well. I had a few comments based on a regional stamp that could go towards the fisheries located in the area represented. $10 or so per region, Could be used on research, habitat development, stocking, you name it as long as it is to improve fishing opportunities. The places with the most pressure would also receive the most funding. Overall I gave the fishing experience the top rating available, as I have for the last 5yrs or so that I have been receiving them.
