Jiffy,
Try tiliting the motor up about 1/3rd to 2/3s normal of max tilt and see how it works out.

Thnx REW I will try that but would prefer not to have tilt the motor so high. just doesn't handle as nice probably do to the angle of the tiller handle to the motor.

I have a Yamaha 115 four stroke and it also vibrates at low rpm in gear. Bump the rpm's up a couple 100 and the vibration is gone.
