I had the same boat and tried several of the recommendations listed above. Easy solution put a foil called the EDGE on the motor. Stops the porpoising and increased bow lift and I also gained alot on the hole shot. Only about $120.00 and put on in about 15 minutes sure is alot cheaper than all the props I bought trying to correct it.
