I would replace that gun with a camo version so you don't have to worry about it getting wet and cleaning it. (that is just me though)

Looks like a great system for getting on the X, perhaps some netting on the front would allow you to put grass into it easier. The flaps on the sides to keep you more covered seem to be a pita. I think I would leave those off and just try to get the marsh grass to fold in front of me a bit instead.

Looks pretty good. How stable is it shooting? One thing you can do is drive posts (I use old Cane Poles) down on each side up tight and connect them with a bungee cords across the top. You can release them and leave the poles if you need to retrieve a duck.

Looks good.

Have you seen the realtree Jackson Kilroy? That thing is nice. Elevated seat so you aren't in the water, plus easier to swivel for overhead shots too. Tight covers so no flapping in the wind (and no absorbing water either for heavy paddle back). Well thought out boat.
