PTSv not communicating to 7500, or 7520

Hey guys, I have a ptsv, first time i used it, it worked great, second time, the graph has a little symbol of not on eventhough it is running, [the trolling motor]. So i do the logical thing and order another motor, and it says the same. So i hooked up 2 different graphs, and they say the same. They all have the right revisions... I really am confused, and wishing for some help..... Thanks Doc
