Default Speedometer

My son has a 1998 Fisher Fish Ski with a 115 Merc. The speedometer has given up the ghost. Please advise as to where you would start troubleshooting.

Thanks in advance,

Houndog

The rubber line going to the speedo. Could use compressed air regulated to 10lbs. After that check the line for cracks or see it if came off the pitot on the engine
