Just give them the **** mission and let them finish it!! Quit sending money to countries that hate us and either win the fight or get out!!
This has been happening since the days they were bombing Hanoi back to the stone age.

Our rules of engagement and not being able to identify the enemy is where the problem lies......isis taliban al quada (sp) have no rules. I have 2 sons in law that have both served 2 tours in irag and afganistan and say they would go again if allowed to win the fight

Default Is there a solution

One question that I don't think has been adequately answered is "Why is there so much hate for the developed countries (France, Japan, US, etc.?"

Yes we could go in militarily and take out many including civilians. One of the consequences of such action could be an increase of anger by those who lost innocent friends and family members.

Would we be making enemies faster than we can kill them?

Sure...what do you think happens when our drones take out wedding party? There was no war when civilians did not die...

The original point wasn't for mass civilian causalities but rather a elite force to target the ISIS leadership. I see no benefit for targeted bombings or a invasion. I was just wondering about sending in specialists to take out the head of the snake.

I have repeatedly heard from former military intelligence people is that we just do not have adequate undercover information in the Middle East. I will take their word for it.

The reason I ask is if we do why can't a squad be sent in to eliminate these ISIS thugs? I'm getting a little tired of seeing beheadings at what seems weekly. I was mystified that Bin Laden was able to dodge the bullet as long as he did also. Is it asking to much that this can be done? Is it finding a needle in a haystack to find the ISIS leadership? Same thing with those guys who grabbed all the school girls in Africa. Are they really that hard to find?

Sorry, maybe I'm asking to much, maybe it's something that can't be done.

There are countless wars out there worth fighting for...always have been, always will be. Which one do you want your son to die in?

I'm curious what will happen with the Jordanian pilot held by ISIS.

The Jordanians claim they will not only NOT negotiate with ISIS,they will not trade jailed terrorists for their man,but if ISIS harms the pilot they will kill all the ISIS fighters they have in their custody.

They have to say that officially to remain on good aside of US. In background they are likely in talks with ISIS...France,Japs,Italy have paid off terrorists in the past to get their people back.
