Kudos to Plano

I called Plano a couple weeks back during the holiday season to buy a replacement lid for one of my tackle boxes. I don't recall the Plano part number, but my tackle box has a lid and integral to that lid are two clear plastic lids that open out on either side. Well, I had broke one, I'm sure it was my fault, so I went to their website and sent them a message asking where I could buy a replacement. That same day I received and email telling me they would send me one out at no charge, and sure enough, last week I received not just one but a pair of new lids. Now that is what I call great customer service. They not only sent it out free of charge but didn't even charge shipping. Thank you Plano!!!

I had a similar experience so whenever I am making a purchase between Plano or XX I always go for Plano.

Same here with Plano. But that is nothing, called TruXedo because tonneau cover wearing out. Cover is 11 years old, she asked if I was original owner, yes but hadn't sent in the warranty registration. She asked me to have the original installer call them to verify my purchase. They did and they sent me new cover at no cost and they paid shipping. I was going to buy new one!

Plano has always had LIFETIME warranty on their stuff..

Truxport is also a GREAT company to deal with. They sent me new side rails because the velcro was coming off after years of service.
