Default Measuring Tire Size

I want to get a spare tire cover from Cabela's. They come in various sizes depending on the size of your tire.

How do I measure. They have 13", 14", 15" etc.

Is it rim diameter?

Pat

look at the side of your tire and it will have a size raised letters on the side. most newer trailers are 15 inch and yes that is the rim size not the tire dia. hope that helps
