u guys just stay over on that east side of the lake. H Creek by mid June ,will be full camp grounds most every weekend. If your coming from Milescity fill up on gas, every jug you own, they got gas at the marina but spendy. Gas at Jordon's costly too. Clint's usually got plenty of minnows, but leaches and worms can be harder to get at times. The other posters are spot on about Rock Creek! Peck's got some really big hogs roaming every where, but please remember, better eaters are smaller fish. Also east of H Creek there are lots of under water islands, that are rock solid, and just below the surface, b careful running, the water level changes all the time.

BrookyB. ****$ creek is due west of Rock creek on the map. Probably a couple hundred miles as the road goes. This is Montana, and it's a big country, lots of country between the to places. H creek is a hugh draw that comes up out of the south side of the lake mid way. It is about 10 miles from the marina there to the main lake, so if it's windy,a lot of folks stay in the bay on rough days. 1 thing about H . Creek is that is centrally located, and there's more place's to fish than you can count. Best trip , we caught 9 walley's over ten lbs., a 42" northern, and several smallies in the 4-5 lbs. range. Bring plenty of worms, and buy big minnows at the marina,or bring a casting net to get your own, every thing that swims will be hungry.
