Lines on Lowrance x91 when running trolling motor

I have a minn kota ap65 autopilot on my boat with a transducer mount on it, lately when I have ran my trolling motor I get lines up and down on my lowrance x91. The depth finder is not wired into my trolling motor and I have looked for the brown wire fuse that everyone else talks about and cannot find it, does anybody have any suggestions to solve this issue.
