Anyone have an idea of price on the 1775 with a 90hp motor? Aren't they worried that this will hurt the sales of the 1875 with the same HP rating? Still think they should up the 18 foot boats, but the coast guard regs kill that......

BW,
Give Rich Casey a call at the dealer I posted above. There was a pricing sign displayed, but I'd like to stay out of that.

...On pricing, phone a few dealers in you part of the world in MN.
They have the pricing available on their "COMPASS" on-line program.

I really like the layout of the boat and the changes! I am still curious about this compared to the 18 footer with the same motor? It is too bad that they couldn't make the 18 footer just big enough for a 115? That would really give you a wide range of choices!! They do own the only power steering system so if anyone can do it, I would say Lund? Hint, hint

Terry,
What did you think of it seeing it in person. Long wanted a tiller Impact and now it seems they're here. The new Pro Guides are using Impact shells. I wonder if this was the plan from the beginning. It does make sense to streamline, using the same shells for different models. Does it have the same front deck as the Impacts with 2 additional storage areas on either side of the rod locker? Did the command center seem a little big and bulky or is there enough room to move around it? That would be my main question about it. You know I like the no frills Explorers
-Not really the same*** ...this is a new hull.
It has wider chines...for example: It is drier, planes more quickly. Balance is better...more tackle storage.
You need to go look at one.

So,do you think it's a better designed hull than the Impact, which many people like?

K... not that different... but changed with a purpose. The changes are to address tiller boat needs (weight distribution, back trolling, good performance with smaller HP, dryness, tracking).
I was impressed.
