semi auto .22 pistol

Just bought two pistols a .380 and a 9mm and now i want a .22. Always have gotten great advice on this site so what is a good .22 auto in your opinion?

depends on cost, S&W model 41 is towards the top of the line for production guns, Sig 1911 clone in .22 is a sweet gun and last I remember Ruger makes a nice cheaper .22 pistol

S&W M41 is pretty much the end all of domestic 22s but they aren't cheap. I love mine though and it's one of very few guns that I will never get rid of. On a smaller budget the Ruger MkIII is a great gun that's available in a plethera of variations, I would make sure you get one with adgustable sights.

The local pistol teams, both at the University and the private teams, really like the Ruger 512's. They do give them a trigger job and they seem to win with those guns.
I own one myself. It shoots really well.

Picked up a Sig1911-22 about a month ago. Like it. .22 ammo has been available lately in my neck of the woods.

Ruger. Reasonable price, shoots well, very reliable.

Ruger Mark series is good.

My favorite is a CZ75 with a Kadet kit. Very nice .22 that is easily converted back to 9mm.

The Buckmark Browning and Ruger Mk series are both great pistol platforms. I've shot the Ruger Competition Target MKII in club bullseye competition , great accuracy for a stock pistol.
