Arrow self winding reel

Sorry for the two left thumbs, looking for a reel that self winds due to loss of use in one hand.A friend lost the use of one hand to a hunting accident a few years back and is having trouble fishing with his handicap. We have rigged a hook to a fiberglass cast that he used to wear in therapy so he can pull triggers on his gun and crossbow.Need ideas for fishing with the use of one hand only.Your imput will be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.

I have seen reels that are motorized to self wind with the push of a button. These are specifically designed for fishermen with handicaps. You would need to do some research to find them, but they do exist.
