Default Floating lights

Is there anyone with experience here using the Berkeley Floating lights at night for any species? I would appreciate hearing about the experience. Thanks!

I use them a lot for crappies. It's amazing how fast you start to see stuff. Tiny organisms, then the minnows and then the crappies, gills and other fish are soon behind them. I run 2 off one side of the boat

I haven't used the Berkley lights but I have used floating and the green sinking lights quit a bit - mostly for white bass fishing. It seems to work in some lakes better than others - not really sure why. I have always thought it would work better in clear water (the light would be more effective) but I have had best luck at a lake that is usually fairly dingy.

I see you are in Eastern Nebraska. Where at and where have you tried the lights? I am at Scribner.
